By purchasing a sponsor placement on Mike's MIDI Page, you agree to the following:
- Each winning bid secures a minimum placement of 7 days.
- After the initial 7-day period, the placement may continue until it is outbid, removed, changed or suspended by us.
- A placement continuing beyond 7 days does not guarantee any specific duration.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, remove or discontinue sponsor placements and this sponsorship model at any time.
- All placements are subject to manual approval and suitability for the site.
- A bid is only secured once payment has been received.
- Payments are non-refundable once a placement has gone live, unless we decide otherwise at our discretion.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted display of sponsor placements and are not liable for downtime, bugs or temporary interruptions.
