Preview sequencer

The pattern stays fixed while you switch between the imported source set and the regenerated round robin, making A/B comparison easier. Preview playback uses the BOF Free performance-clock sampler method. Each variation module can optionally be Fixed using the checkbox beneath its slider, applying the slider setting equally to every hit. Attack and tail variation are independent. Fresh noise is added as a short strike transient rather than spread through the whole hit. Its decay time, band-pass centre and bandwidth are adjustable in the cog configuration. Every generated hit receives export-safe fades to exact zero at both ends. Up to 32 named personal character presets are stored in this browser. Optional debounced auto regeneration rebuilds the set after controls settle.
